Kira Stokes is a celebrity trainer based in New York. I started following her after Shay Mitchell posted a work out with her. Her work outs are tough! Below is the work out I incorporated into my tabata work out yesterday and it kicked my butt. She has been a trainer for over 20 years and she really knows her stuff.
